To provide our scanning, grading, and API services, we collect the following:

A. Discord User Information:

  • Discord User IDs and Server IDs.
  • Message Content (strictly limited to commands and images sent to the bot for processing).

B. Binder API Information:

  • API Keys and Usage Logs (timestamp, request count, and endpoint usage).
  • IP Addresses (for security and rate-limiting purposes).

C. Transactional Data:

  • Stripe Customer IDs and Subscription Status.
  • Note: We do not process or store your credit card numbers or financial details directly. All payments are handled securely by Stripe.

D. User Content:

  • Images of collectibles uploaded for scanning or grading.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Provide Services: Identify items, estimate grades, and retrieve pricing via our AI models.
  • Billing & Metering: Track API usage and subscription limits to calculate overage fees (if applicable).
  • Account Management: Store your digital collection and preferences.
  • Service Improvement: Analyze failed scans or reported errors to improve our recognition algorithms.

We do NOT:

  • Sell, rent, or trade your personal data to data brokers.
  • Use your data for third-party advertising or marketing.

3. Data Storage and Security

All collected data is securely stored and managed on Google Firebase.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your API keys and personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

To provide our services, we must share specific data with trusted third-party providers:

  • OpenAI: Images uploaded for scanning are processed by OpenAI's vision models to identify the item.
  • Stripe: Customer IDs and billing information are shared to process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Discord: All bot interactions occur within the Discord platform and are subject to their Privacy Policy.

5. Privileged Gateway Intents (Discord Bot)

Binder Bot uses the following Discord Privileged Intents, strictly adhering to Discord's guidelines:

  • Server Members Intent: To accurately manage server-specific usage limits and check for "Admin" permissions.
  • Message Content Intent: Exclusively to read and process the text/images you send in command messages (e.g., /find_collectible).

6. User Data Rights and Deletion

You retain the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your data (Right to be Forgotten).

Data Deletion Requests:
You can request data deletion by contacting us at support@mulliganscollectibles.com or by opening a ticket in our official Discord server. Please note that deleting your data will result in the loss of your saved collection and API access.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our services (e.g., new features like Funko/Lego support). Updates will be posted on our website and official Discord channels. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
